1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to visitors to nuerraa.com and any Nu | Erraa marketing page; people who submit a form on our site, including demo requests, newsletter signups, early access requests, and talk to sales inquiries; people who submit a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form connected to a Nu | Erraa advertisement; and people who email us or otherwise contact us directly.

This policy does not cover data that a Nu | Erraa customer loads into the platform about their own candidates and employees. In that case the customer is the data controller and we process that data on their instructions under our customer agreement.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you give us

When you fill out a form on our website, submit a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form tied to one of our ads, or contact us directly, we may collect: first and last name, business email address, company or organization name, job title, phone number if you provide it, country or location if you provide it, the content of your message or request, and your marketing preferences and consent choices.

We ask only for what we need to respond to you. We do not require sensitive personal information, and we ask that you do not send it to us.

2.2 Information collected through LinkedIn

We advertise on LinkedIn. If you click one of our ads and complete a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form, LinkedIn passes us the form fields listed above from your LinkedIn profile, along with the campaign the lead came from. LinkedIn’s own handling of your data is governed by the LinkedIn Privacy Policy at linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy.

We may also use the LinkedIn Insight Tag and similar advertising and conversion tools on our site to measure ad performance and to show relevant ads to people who have visited nuerraa.com. These tools set cookies and collect technical information such as IP address, browser, device, and pages viewed.

2.3 Information collected automatically

When you visit our site, we and our analytics providers automatically collect IP address and approximate location derived from it, browser type, device type, operating system, pages viewed, time on page, links clicked, the referring website or ad that brought you to us, and the date and time of your visit.

We use Google Analytics for this. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to generate reports about site usage. Google’s practices are described at policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out of Google Analytics across all sites using Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

2.4 Cookies and similar technologies

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies for strictly necessary site operation, analytics, and advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking analytics and advertising cookies will not affect your ability to use the site. We use the information described above to respond to demo requests, sales inquiries, early access requests, and general questions; send newsletters or marketing communications you asked for; evaluate whether Nu | Erraa is a fit for your organization; operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website and product; measure marketing performance; show relevant ads; meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations; and detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

4. Legal basis for processing

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal information on these bases: consent, legitimate interests, contract, and legal obligation.

5. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share personal information with service providers who run our operations, advertising platforms, professional advisors, legal and safety recipients, and entities involved in business transfers.

6. How long we keep information

We keep marketing and inquiry data for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, and then for a reasonable period afterward for record keeping and legal purposes. Inquiry and lead records are generally kept up to 24 months after your last interaction with us unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Newsletter subscriber records are kept until you unsubscribe, plus a suppression record. Website analytics data is kept up to 14 months. Records we are required to keep by law are kept for the period the law requires.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it, correct inaccurate information, delete your information, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, receive information in a portable format, opt out of marketing, opt out of sale or sharing of personal information and targeted advertising, and not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

8. Marketing and advertising choices

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email hello@nuerraa.com and ask to be removed. You can control how LinkedIn uses your data for advertising in your LinkedIn account settings. You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on. You can adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies. We honor Global Privacy Control signals as opt-out requests for sharing for targeted advertising.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and vendor review. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and any regulator as required by law.

10. International transfers

We are based in the United States and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. If you are located outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses for these transfers.

11. Children

Nu | Erraa is a business product. Our website and services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email hello@nuerraa.com and we will delete it.

12. Third party links

Our site links to third party websites and platforms, including LinkedIn. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Read their policies before providing information to them.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or the law changes. When we do, we will revise the Last updated date at the top of this page. If the change is material, we will provide additional notice, such as an email or a notice on the site. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
